Our stay at the resort was disappointing overall. The rooms felt outdated and poorly maintained, which made it hard for us to relax. While we appreciated the convenient beach access and the efforts by staff to maintain the outdoor areas, the lack of certain amenities and noisy neighbors marred our experience. Fortunately, we enjoyed the family-friendly atmosphere that brought many guests together.

Our stay at the resort was unfortunately marred by significant issues that detracted from an otherwise beautiful location in Duck, NC. While the units were spacious and offered ocean views, the outdated and musty condition left much to be desired. We encountered maintenance problems and a disturbing noise level from adjacent units, making our experience less enjoyable. Although there were positive aspects like cleanliness and family-friendly amenities, we found the overall value to be lacking.

The spacious units, especially with the kitchen amenities, made us feel right at home. The convenient beach access and friendly atmosphere were definite highlights. However, we did encounter some dated areas in the resort and there were long staircases to navigate, which might be tough for some guests.

The cleaning left a lot to be desired and I encountered issues with outdated appliances and poor maintenance. On the bright side, the beach access was fantastic, making it a great spot for families. However, I wouldn’t recommend this resort until they address the numerous issues.
